i’ve been all about stationary recently and I really wanted to try out these highlighters! they come with a pull out tray, that can be stood up, so you have easy access! plus, the colors are just the pastel and neon themes you need when writing! they will definitely make your text POP! the highlighter body is easier to hold too, not like the normal wide shape. overall, these would make a great add on to your collection and are worth your money when coming to something like this!I have always been a big fan of Stablio highlighters- I discovered them in 2020, and, at first, I had the brighter colors. Now comes the review of the pastel highlights. The beauty of the pastels is the ability for them to be less overpowering- especially in textbooks. Textbooks often have smaller fonts than books, and once I started using the pastels, I never returned to brighter highlighters. These highlighters also have a great depth to them and are very light. The slim grip makes it easy to navigate and keep a straight line. The one con is the longevity aspect because highlighter use is individualized. It depends on how often you use highlighters. As a law student, I tend to go through a pack of these in one semester- but I highlight many texts daily. These are worth the buy if you like something light on the eyes and easy to use.thanks youTo expensive but very cute and functional highlightersall were perfectreally nice pastel colorsPastels were always my favorite, so seeing these and them actually being true to color was exciting. Does great over lead and ink (except gel pens- be careful and let the ink dry first or else it may smear). Have had them for over 2 years and still using them to this day!The colors are very much like the products image. They do not leak through the paper if used lightly. I am happy with my purchase they are cute and do not take up much space!Likes :-Pastel finish-Very aesthetic-Won't make your book/copy a vibrant mess.-If you don't like the fluorescent highlighters because of their pop, this highlighter set is the best for you.-Has a small chisel tip, so good for people with small handwriting.-Pen-shaped: easy to hold-Cap : Not so tight, unlike the regular fluorescent highlighters.-Easy to carryDislikes:- Very Expensive- Cannot differentiate between the blue and green highlighters- Doesn't really "highlight" the text.- Doesn't work well on glossy paper. Very light, so can't really tell of the text is highlighted or not.- Leaves an ugly blot at the end of the highlight- Bleeds through paper (like any other highlighter)- VERY EXPENSIVEAbsolutely love these, when first taking the lids off, I struggled a little as I have dexterity issues with my hands, and the lids are smooth and narrow, but once I got them off, every time after was easier.Lovely chiselled nib, for broad highlighting (roughly 3mm), but also able to to slightly fine line work too.The colours are perfect pastel shades, which look great together, dry down matte and are just really pleasant to use.Easer to hold than the thicker style highlighters, these are around half the width, longer and fit my hands easier.( 1.1cm narrowest holding point - 1.4cm at the widest - 8mm thickness at holding point)Easy to grip. Each pen comes with a little sliding clip so you can secure them easily in a pocket etc.Work over biro really well, no smudging. I always use bright pink biro or baby blue biro, and they all worked over those really well. Also the biro didn't leave dirty marks on the highlighters nibs.Really pleased with these, and they will be great for my planner, budget book and business bookkeeping! Buono shopping, Giusy.PROS: I am a stationary addict and absolutely love these highlighters, they are the best I have used so far and produce stunning vivid colours great for school notes and when studying. The turquoise and peach shades are not ones you can find often which are gorgeous colours! Also I love the feeling as you hold them, the pen shape makes them so easy to use unlike other pen highlighters and the ink flows flawlessy. They don't dry out as easily as other highlighters so I can use them after months and they'd still be okay. (In fact, it's 2016 and I got these in 2015).CONS: The only thing is they are more on the pricey side for a student budget so I try not to use them so much in hopes to not use the ink up too much. Other highlighters with the generic shades like the pink, blue, green, yellow, orange and purple are available much cheaper. The blue is also quite dark when highlighting and while there is a peach, orange and pink shade, there is no red which I was hoping for.Nevertheless, I love them and here are swatches for the shades.UPDATE: ITS 2020 AND THESE STILL WORK - COP THEM!!!It is a really amazing pastel set of highlighters what you can have ...the colours arn’t that vibrant than the other set of markers but because for the obvious reasons that the stablio markers are pastel and they do full justice to the colour payoff.Loved it!
