Arrived without hardware or manual. Fortunately we were able to easily contact company so they sent that to me. We received those in about a week.My son assembled it. Probably took him a couple of hours but no complaintsI would like more gliding motion - even 7 year old grandson commented on that. I don’t find cushions particularly comfy but they will do. I’m not crazy about the color - has more orange tone than I expected. However, all in all, considering I can’t try out a bunch of gliders, I’m planning to be very happy with this one. Customer service was responsive and great! So glad we read instructions on front of box to resolve issue and didn’t need to go through Amazon at all.Very nice glider for the price. My grandson & his friend assembled it with easeGreat product and easy to assembly.Illustrations for putting the glider together could be larger for easier viewing .The ONLY negative is the color is not blue, it is a turquoise. Also no ties to keep the cushions in place.This settee was an excellent addition to complete by patio. It is a size that can stand alone or be added to a group of other seating items and blend in well.I love this glider. I was very happy with the blue color. It's a pale blue but not dull in color. Goes well with yellow/blue accent pillows. Overall I would recommend. Very comfy, good quality, good materials. Pleased with value for the price paid.A couple of negatives - It was a little frustrating to assemble. The screws/nuts all come in one package and are labeled all together, so you have to open in very carefully to remember which screws is which letter. This is rather annoying. I would have preferred individual compartments so the pieces didn't get mixed up. The directions were mostly a picture and not a lot of words, so it was a little hard to tell right or left side sometimes. Overall, I have put things together with much worse instructions. This was rather intuitive. But if you don't have much assembly experience, it may be a challenge (took me about 45 mins).Also, I wish the back cushions tied on. They don't, so when the wind blows, they fall over on my porch. Annoying. I need to fashion a tie to the swing but haven't yet. It would be better if the company would make a tie so you could tie them to the poles of the glider.
