There is no way this golf tool aid can help my striking of the ball and the price seemed like just another gimmick. It was true for me it helped and the price is incredibly/insanely cheap; what a gem in the rough. First off the feed back is priceless when the inner rod extends or non-extension of the rod. It lets you know if you’re releasing the club at the right time or not.Second the handle is molded in such a way for hand position that seems a bit foreign and takes a little time getting use to but it works for muscle memory or practice.Third the arms band which keep your arms from getting to far away out of sync helps a ton and truly has you thinking “man I don’t know how I’ve been able to keep my game fairly low the way I’ve been hitting the ball”. The arm band is tough to get up around the biceps if your fairly muscular so just be aware you may not be able to slid it up or it might be pretty tight. When I started a lot of the tool aid did feel very foreign and a bit awkward but after a few golf swings it was as if I stepped in to the shoes of a PGA PRO. It’s a small enough tool to pack in the golf bag too so as to use it for a warm up device. The instant feed back at warm up is priceless or at least for me it is and it continues out on the course for me too. I make a couple of practice swings by the ball and instantly I feel the same sensation with the tool and I hear the loud pop at full extension the tool aid feed back gives when done right. Once I feel that feed back I approach the ball after a few practice swings and absolutely strip it down the fairway on to the green. Of course not every time otherwise I’d be playing for big money. I will say of all the training aids I’ve bought over the years this one, being the cheapest of them all, is by far the best of them for feed back and instantly set me up for success.I didn’t mention it a whole lot but the extension of the tool at the right release time on the down swing gives you a loud pop sound. It truly has made a difference with striking the ball when it comes to ball first and turf last. If anything it’s a get warm up aid and cheap enough to toss in the bag. Hopefully it helps as much for you as it has for me. HAPPY TIMES!!
