I used this kit to press out the rubber (M3) in-board bushings from the front control arms of my E92 335i, and to also install some Turner Motorsport spherical bearings in their place. The kit is more than competent and worked perfectly!!Some tips:1. Thoroughly clean up the area around the bushing to be pressed out. There should be little to no dust, debris, or corrosion that is visible. If the bushings are old and very corroded, hit it with some penetrating fluid to help get things moving.2. Grease the entire length of the threaded stud, and use a ratcheting wrench (19mm for this kit) to tighten the nut. Do not use impact tools unless you want to break the stud or mar the threads!3. Use a wire wheel brush on a drill to clean the inside of the control arm of any rust or burrs. If pressing in poly bushings, use some copper antiseize on all the articulating surfaces of the bushings and metal sleeves. If pressing in spherical or rubber bushings with a metal sleeve, use some green retaining compound.
